Check recharge-code status and wallet history when an account balance does not update as expected.
Check the redemption result
A recharge code can be used only through the NumFlow account recharge flow. Confirm that the code was accepted and review recharge history before submitting it again.
What to provide to support
Do not send a full recharge code in ordinary messages or screenshots. Share the account ID, approximate time, and the masked reference shown in your account history.

- 3.Confirm the code was not already used or expired.
- 4.Contact support with a masked reference if the status remains unclear.
