SMS Order Cancellation and Balance Release

Understand when an SMS order can be cancelled and how reserved balance is handled when no code arrives.

When balance is reserved

After a number is allocated, NumFlow reserves the platform price from available balance. The charge is completed when the first verification code is received.

Orders without a code

If an eligible order is cancelled or expires without an SMS code, the reserved amount is released according to the final system result. Orders that already received a code cannot be cancelled for a refund.

  3. 3.Use the order action once and review the updated wallet summary.
